SHIPPING CHARGES

The Million Dollar Gallery offers FREE shipping within the continental USA. Shipping to Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Alaska, The Virgin Islands, USA Territories and International will be calculated at time of checkout.

MILITARY APO/FPO ADDRESSES

APO/FPO orders are shipped via US Postal Service Priority Mail. Please allow additional time for delivery from the APO/FPO to
the recipient. Once the package has been delivered to the APO/FPO, The Million Dollar Gallery is not responsible for possible delays nor can we track the shipment.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

While we make every attempt to process orders on the day they are placed, all orders have a 24 to 48-hour processing time before the shipping method is applied. Shipping fees charged when the order is placed are non-refundable if the order is returned or exchanged.
Orders ship Monday through Friday (holidays may vary). Our carriers do not typically ship or deliver on Saturdays and Sundays. 

Once your order ships, the estimated delivery timeframe will be based on the shipping method selected during checkout. Once The Million Dollar Gallery shipping department has your order ready to ship, we’ll send you a shipping confirmation email with tracking number or numbers to view transit details, estimated delivery timeframe, and to make any delivery updates with the carrier directly.

MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS

Single orders with multiple items may ship separately.

WHAT IF I'M NOT AVAILABLE WHEN MY ORDER IS DELIVERED?

If for some reason you are unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier will leave a card with information about the next delivery attempt. If you have not contacted the courier, they will attempt a second delivery the following day. If again you are not available for the delivery it will be returned to the local depot and be held there for collection - details will be provided on the card. You can also arrange a specific delivery time from the courier by contacting the phone number provided on the card.

PICK UP & LOCAL DELIVERY

We always welcome our customers to stop by say hello and pick up their items. You can select pick up at time of checkout along with the location you would like to pick it up from. Please allow 48 hours to recieve a confirmation phone call that your items are ready for pick up.

The Million Dollar Gallery offers free delivery on Long Island only. If you would like the local delivery option you must call us to set up a delivery time at (516) 557-2428 or use our contact us page.

Our Galleries are located in Massapequa, Massapequa Park & Oyster Bay, New York.
All items will ship from our Massapequa and Massapequa Park location.
